3. Customer Responsibilities

If we cancel a service for reasons not caused by the customer, any prepaid amounts will be refunded.

5. Payments

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to services provided.

Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Satisfaction & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion and align with the scope of services provided.

7. Property Damage

Any claim for damage allegedly caused during a scheduled service must be reported within 48 hours, including a description and, when possible, photos.

If we determine responsibility, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected portion of the service at our discretion.

8. Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a risk to our staff or others.

Customers must ensure hazardous materials, sharp objects, and dangerous items are properly secured before service.
